Aristotle once said ‘Anger is the enemy of the human. It troubles the mind, body and soul’. It is an emotion that destroys humans. So we must keep anger under control and always maintain magnanimity, love and harmony in all spheres of life. Getting angry is a common trait of humans but sometimes we tend to get angrier than actually required. We are not conscious about the consequences of such anger. Well such a sudden outburst is called ‘Interemmitent Explosive Disorder'(IED) and pshycologically this is considered to be a disease. A research conducted found out that the negative energy is concentrated in the heart and brain in humongous amounts when a person constantly gets angry. Anger has made humans turn into savage animals who are ready to kill each other in anger even for the slightest brawls that take place. This causes a major effect on our relationship with people and affects social interaction leading to mental disorders and sometimes even depression. Looking at the biological harm anger causes, anger greatly scourges the heart and leads to numerous diseases like hypertension, aortic aneurysms wherein the aorta ruptures due to extreme blood pressures which is again caused by anger. These diseases are life threatening and can also be fatal. Anger also immobilizes the secretion of certain hormones(chemicals) in the brain like serotonin AMD dopamine which seriously affect the mental health of a person. Sometimes a person also gets vituperative in anger this makes the persons brain go into chaos and turmoil which can show visible results in future. An angry person always suffers from hypertension and high blood pressure could also result in hemorrhagic strokes to the brain and also strokes to the heart by constriction of arteries due to extreme anger or agony.
It is therefore better to control ones anger and maintain peace and tranquility irrespective of the conditions. Getting angry is not always the solution but anger can act as an addition of fuel to fire of problems. Anger spoils social interaction and relations to such an extent that we are never able to form a bond with the person whom we have floccinaucinihilipilificated becuase of our anger. It is said that if the world was without anger, then it would be heaven. Anger is such an emotion which harbours numerous emotions like envy, vengeance, hatred and disharmony. A person who’s not able to control his anger loses his sense of judgment and gets vituperative with others which results in an awry situation. It is indeed pleasing and gratifying to see a magnanimous, exuberant, ebullient and frolicsome person than seeing a vituperative, irascible and cantankerous person who is always acrimonious towards people
Therefore it is much better to rather stay calm and peaceful and not lose your cool than suffering so many things just because of one silly emotion called anger. We must maintain our cool always and never harbour hatred, vengeance or cold blood towards any person. A person who is recalcitrant towards anger is always successful in life. So let’s take a pledge that we shall avoid anger, hatred, jealousy and vituperation and strive towards munificence, love, harmony, benevolence and magnanimity.
